This image shows the main photo on display. The exhibit included a slide show of images that were projected with photos from the entire group and shown in the gallery window.

The image above shows the beginning of a piece of work documenting weekly head shots of the artist to create a larger mosaic of the work over time. The head shots at current count add up to 138 weeks.

This vehicle was spotted in Nordeast Minneapolis. It’s a specific and rare glimpse into the people of Minneapolis, Minnesota and it’s one of the reasons America Loves Its Cars. We like to personalize and customize. This vehicle is both but oh so much more.


My photo Never Surrender from the summer of 2010 was featured as one of the images on the screen as you enter the Harrison Photography Gallery during the show “The Sports Show:Minnesota”

I contributed a significant number of self portraits images to the Minneapolis Institute of Arts Portraits of Photographers collection. My flickr name is evoljen and all photos are presented under that moniker in the collection.

Wing Young Huie’s Salon: 2009 Group Photography Exhibition

I was one of the photographers exhibiting in the inaugural Wing Young Huie Photo Salon Group Show. Although the group had been meeting for a few years, 2009 was the first year the group produced a show. Wing hosted at his studio in Minneapolis, MN. I was taking photos the related to Alice In Wonderland conceptually and have an extended set of work available for view on flickr.

I exhibited a retrospective collection of photography for the month of July during the summer of 2006. This work was an eclectic restrospective of work from the previous decade and my first public display of a cohesive collection of my work.
